HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Whenever you order is over $75 (domestic) and $180 (international) you will receive complimentary free shipping. Orders within the U.S will get an automatic upgrade to priority shipping which will take 3-4 working days for transit time.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

We can ship to most countries. We do not collect custom tax/fees and that responsibility will be up to the buyer.

 

WILL I GET COMPLIMENTARY EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We can not service international shipping cost back to us. However, if you would like to exchange/return, the responsibiblity will on your end.

*Note: For exchange request, the cost of shipping the new item to you we will have to charge you that difference.*

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days. Since these packages will be international, we can not provide complimentary return/exchange label cost.

 

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY TRACKING SAID DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

It's a terrible feeling and we know how you feel. Don't worry, send us an email to info.vivd@gmail.com for us to investigate.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages because once it leaves our HQ we have no control.

However, if your order is set to Priority ($75+ or $5.99 option), it will have insurance coverage from USPS up to $50. You will have to file the claim with USPS.

 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If you have already email us at info.vivd@gmail.com and you have shipped your items back to us, once we receive the products at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your Return/Exchange to be processed.

To speed this process up, you can email us your tracking number to show that it has arrived at our warehouse, and we will make sure to process your Return/Exchange.
